Dr. Koelsch is back and I give him much credit for I know he has probably faced and heard everything that should have be Dr. Arnold's.
Took my dog back, and was well taken care of. For those that are missing records, I understand that concern. I luckily did not throw away the last few receipts and could piece together enough information combined with a physical exam to feel confident my pet is well cared for. Dr. K. may also remember some of his patients.
Very disappointed with new ownership. I did not feel that we got quality care for our dog. The price quoted was not what was charged. Multiple test were ran which I later found out were not needed.
