We bought our 2017 Power Wagon from here. We have brought it in multiple times for wiring issues and they continue to send it back without the issues solved. Our back up camera still does not work. Not helpful and we will discontinue our service with them.
Great service very friendly and polite. Even though the person writing down the appointment forgot to note we were bringing two vehicle's in they got both done in less then an hour.

Josh McKee did a heck of a job taking care of everything during my trade-in/up. Make sure everything was understood and taken care of, so it wouldn't be my issue. The maintenance team there too, does a heck of a job taking care of customer. Took my car in some basic care and came out, washed, waxed and tires shined for me.
We recently bought a truck from Dean Arbour. We were so excited to find this truck, but unfortunately our excitement was short lived due to the experience we had with the purchase process and dealing with a member of the service department. We were not treated very well at all. We spent a lot of money along with an extra $600 for a detailing job that was awful. My husband was embarrassed to park the truck in the sun because you could see all the swirl marks from the wax job that was supposed to make it like like a fresh, wet paint job. The service department staff were very rude and the sales staff were less than warm and welcoming. My family has always been a General Motors family and now I know why. We will not return to Dean Arbor, not even to have it serviced. I called and spoke to the sales manager and all we got in return was a card saying "Sorry". I hope anyone considering making a purchase from Dean Arbour has a better experience than we did.
