The only downfall is that there is no haggling on price. The prices are below NADA which is great but I feel there should be wiggle room for repairs. They also didn't offer military discount of any sort which isn't a deal breaker obviously. The other thing was a slight vibration in the front end which they addressed right away but was misdiagnosed by an unbalanced wheel. I was already headed home so I just let it go. Being a mechanic I can address the issue but shouldn't have to. I know it's a buy AS-IS truck which why I won't raise a stink about it.
Don't get me wrong at all or deter anyone from buying from here. I had a great experience and overall they're awesome. They have great deals and great staff and when the pocket book allows it I'm sure I'll be back.
This is a great place to do business! I drove 85 miles here and was greeted immediately even though I was in the far corner of the lot. Everyone was very friendly, helpful and respectful throughout the building. Tiffany and Norm did great on helping through the process of purchasing the truck with explanations to all of my questions. (Which there was a lot and I got annoyed with myself for asking so much but they stayed professional)
Vehicles priced just right. Drove 2 hours away and well worth it. Pics and description on line were 100% accurate. Chrissy was there every step of the way till I picked up vehicle.
Kim was great. She was very prompt on assisting us with our purchase. Kept in contact regarding the status and they even went above and beyond to meet me in a different town to get the vehicle as I was not able to make it back to the dealership. We purchased a used GMC Terrain today. We came with a few cars we wanted to see. Sheri got them around quickly for us and we made our decision. She put us through the paperwork process quickly and answered any questions we had. Lots and lots of used inventory.
